What to do when the warning appears
If the temperature climbs into the warning range, reduce the load and move to a safe location as soon as practical. Avoid continuing at normal speed simply to reach a preferred destination. A short, controlled move away from traffic is different from riding for miles with an active overheat warning.
Once stopped, allow the Spyder to cool.
