Most helmet brands offer replacement liners that easily snap-in and replace your old torn, worn and probably well past the ripe stage liner. Helmet Cheek Pads

Helmet cheek pads often go hand-in-hand with the liner so if you need a new liner you might need new cheek pads. Regardless, helmet cheek pads wear down, rip and eventually hold way too much sweat and smell the washing machine can't resolve. Cheek pads also help with fitment so if your once proper fitting helmet starts to loosen you might need a new set of cheek padding.
