International Shipping and Return Policy

International Shipping:

International shipping and payment processing is supported and provided by our partner, Global-e. Global-e is a global ecommerce platform that allows us to not just provide the fastest international shipping times and guaranteed landed costs in the currency of your choice, but also presents prices to you in that same currency throughout the entire website.

Please select the destination in the country switcher dropdown to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website accordingly. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes, and other customs fees. We currently support 100+ international currencies and 150+ international payment methods. Please Note: APO/FPO customers should use our U.S. site to place an order.

We generally ship in stock orders within 1-3 business days of when you place your order.

Shipping charges:

MotoSport ships internationally via DHL Air Express and Standard Courier where available.

International shipping is calculated during checkout based on a number of factors including: the desired service level (Standard/Express); the types and quantity of items you are purchasing; the total weight of the items and the destination country postal code.

Restricted items:

Due to size and customs restrictions some items are not available for international shipment; consequently you may see items available for sale on our U.S. site, but not on our international site. Items over $2500.00, orders totaling $2500.00 or more, and items over 150lb. cannot be shipped internationally. For multiple item orders totaling over $2500.00, please place separate orders under $2500.00 each to complete your order. International shipping restrictions prevent us from being able to ship oversized items outside of the U.S.

In addition, If for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the U.S. and/or imported into your destination country selection, our partner Global-e will notify you during the Global-e Global Checkout process.

Additional costs:

There will be no additional costs when you receive your order. International checkout is provided through our partner Global-e. When you use the Global-e Global Checkout, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your selected currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed. There will not be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.

Be sure to select the correct destination country at checkout for a full breakdown of the costs associated with your order - if you do not see Duties or Taxes, that means we are covering them for you! Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase. If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item if they are not already included in the product price. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer's responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.

U.S. Order Shipping Internationally:

Global-e supports international gift-giving, in that you can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but pay in USD using a U.S. credit card. Global-e's Fraud Protection Team may reach out to verify your order details.

Price adjustments:

Due to various factors, such as the length of shipping time, customs' duties, tariffs and taxes, we cannot perform price adjustments should an item go on sale between the time of purchase and delivery to your destination.

Cancellations before order fulfillment:

Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, there is a short period of time in which you may cancel your order. You may choose to cancel your entire order as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. If you would like to cancel your order, please click here to contact us. If your order is cancelled for any reason, you will not be charged for the order, customs' duties, tariffs, taxes and shipping fees.

Changes to my order:

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to your order. There is a short period of time in which an order may be cancelled. If your order can be cancelled, we encourage you to replace the order at your earliest convenience.

Coupons, promotional codes and special shipping offers:

Coupons, promotional codes, and special shipping offers on our US site are not available for international orders at this time.

Placing orders with multiple shipping addresses:

We do not support multiple shipping addresses. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Large, or bulk purchases:

Please contact our International Customer Care if you have interest in making large, or bulk purchases (truck-load size).

International Payment Information:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal (for a limited number of international countries only).

We do not accept:

Discover, American Express, PayPal (currencies not listed above), Bill Me Later, Money Orders, Checks, Cash on delivery (COD), or any other payment method not listed above.

Time of billing:

Your credit card will be billed by our partner Global-e at the time your parcel(s) leave the U.S.

Credit card statement:

Your credit card will be billed by our partner Global-e and will be reflected as such on your credit card statement.

International Return Policy:

If the return is a result of our error, the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges will be refunded. You may return most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and may incur a restocking fee of up to 30% if damaged or missing. Used items will be returned to the customer and charged the return shipping fee. We may reduce your refund by the amount of the original shipping charge plus actual return shipping fees unless the return is due to MotoSport error.

Defective product and returns due to our error:

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without incurring any additional fees. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued. Please Note: exchanges must be handled as a return and re-order for a replacement item.

How to return an item(s):

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Email Us or call us at 00 1  888-676-8853 and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped, and the amount you will be refunded. If you choose to refund any item for any reason, our partner Global-e will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties, taxes and/or VAT originally paid on the returning item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
