Ken Roczen grabbed his second overall of the year taking the Red Plate back from Eli Tomac who finished second overall on Saturday for Round 3 of the 2019 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship series at Thunder Valley in Lakewood, CO.

Roczen (1-2) blitzed the field in Moto 1 finishing ahead of Zach Osborne by 35 seconds while Tomac suffered a bad start and needed a goggle change, finally settling for fifth. Jason Anderson (4-5) and Marvin Musquin (8-3) finished fourth and fifth, respectively.

In the 250 class, Adam Cianciarulo (2-1) made it three for three taking the overall win on a tie breaker to Justin Cooper (2-1) as each swapped Moto wins and second-place finishes. Michael Mosiman went (4-3) to finish third. Dylan Ferrandis (3-5) and Chase Sexton (7-6) rounded out the Top 5.
