  3. Locate the Drain Plugs
    Your 2022 Sherco 300SE-R has two oil drain plugs underneath the engine. The primary plug is a 19mm, while the magnetic plug is a 12mm. There will also be a small oil pre-filter and a main filter to service.

    • Torque the 19mm drain plug to 22Nm, the 12mm magnetic plug and filter cap to 15Nm each.
  6. Refill with New Oil
    Remove the engine oil filler cap (located on the right engine cover). Using a funnel, pour in approximately 0.9 liters of SAE 10W60 oil.
    Do not overfill.
  7. Check Oil Level
    • Replace the oil cap securely and run the engine for 1–2 minutes.
    • Turn the bike off and let it sit for a couple of minutes, then check the sight glass (right engine cover).
