  7. Refill the radiator with new coolant.
    Pour coolant slowly through the left-hand radiator cap until full. Rock the bike gently side-to-side to release trapped air. Fill just to the base of the filler neck.
  8. Reinstall all parts and check for leaks.
    Reinstall the radiator cap, seat, and fuel tank. Wipe off any spilled fluid. Start the engine and let it idle until warm, then shut off. Re-check the coolant level – add more if necessary after the system burps out any remaining air.
