    Place your drain pan beneath the water pump. Locate and remove the coolant drain bolt (lower left side, 12mm head) along with its sealing washer. Allow the coolant to drain fully from both radiators and the engine.

  3. Flush the system (optional, but recommended):

  4. Install a new drain bolt washer and re-tighten:
    Replace the old washer to ensure a good seal and torque the drain bolt securely.
  5. Add fresh coolant:
    Pour coolant into the radiator until full. The correct capacity is 950ml (1.0 US qt). Pause part way to allow air pockets to settle. Once full, squeeze both radiator hoses gently to help release trapped air.
  6. Bleed trapped air:

  7. Reinstall the radiator cap:
