    Reinstall the drain bolt and torque it to 10 ft–lbs. Pour new coolant into the radiator slowly until full, then fill the overflow reservoir to the "Full" mark.
  6. Bleed the System
    Replace the radiator cap. Start the bike and run it until it reaches operating temperature. Watch the coolant level—air may purge from the system, causing the level to drop. Shut the engine off and top off coolant if needed. Inspect for leaks around the drain plug and hoses.
  7. Reassemble
    Reinstall the overflow reservoir cover and skid plate using medium strength threadlocker on screws for added security.
