Step 6: Final Checks

  • Allow the engine to reach full temperature (the thermostat will open).
  • Let the bike cool completely and recheck coolant levels in the radiator and expansion tank (if equipped). Top off as needed.
  • Inspect all hose connections for leaks and secure the fuel tank, seat, and all removed bodywork.
