Steps to Change Coolant in a 1996 Suzuki RM80

  1. Preparation
    Place your bike on a stable, level surface. Ensure the engine is completely cool before starting.

  6. Refit the Drain Bolt

  7. Add New Coolant
    Slowly pour fresh coolant into the radiator using a funnel. Fill to just below the neck of the filler opening.
  8. Remove Air from the System

  9. Reinstall Radiator Cap

  10. Check and Top-Off

  11. Dispose of Old Coolant Safely
