  • With the radiator cap off, gently rock the bike side to side, which helps release trapped air. Top off if the level drops.

  • Start the engine and let it idle for a few minutes with the radiator cap off. Watch for bubbling as air escapes.
  • As the coolant warms and the engine heat cycles, any remaining air will escape. Top off coolant if needed, then install the cap securely.
