The 2025 Beta 300 RR X-PRO debuts as the new-generation big-bore enduro, built on Beta’s completely redesigned X-PRO platform. The updated frame geometry, revised suspension mounting, and modernized ergonomics represent the most significant chassis evolution in Beta’s enduro history. The 300cc liquid-cooled two-stroke with electronic oil injection, the redesigned high-compression cylinder, updated power valve system, and six-speed gearbox deliver the most torque in the Beta range through an entirely new chassis structure. ZF Sachs suspension components, updated braking hardware, and the new-generation frame combine to create a fundamentally different 300cc enduro experience. Every torque specification applies to a new structure — familiar engine, entirely new chassis context.

Engine Torque — Proven Power, New Platform

Fastener Torque (Nm) Torque (ft-lbs)
Spark Plug 25 18
Cylinder Head Nuts 40 30
Cylinder Base Nuts 30 22
Flywheel Nut 65 48
Clutch Hub Nut 65 48
Transmission Drain Plug 15 11
Power Valve Cover Bolts 10 7

New-Generation Chassis

The X-PRO frame is an entirely new design — not an evolution of the previous chassis. Engine mount locations, swingarm pivot geometry, and subframe attachment points are all redesigned. The 300’s massive torque output flows through different load paths than any previous Beta 300 RR. During the first season on the X-PRO platform, verify chassis torque values more frequently to establish confidence in the new structure under the heaviest engine loads in the range.

Fastener Torque (Nm) Torque (ft-lbs)
Swingarm Pivot Bolt 70 52
Lower Triple Clamp Pinch Bolts 12 9
Upper Triple Clamp Pinch Bolts 20 15
Handlebar Clamp Bolts 15 11
Shock Upper Mount 50 37
Shock Lower Mount 50 37
Linkage Bolts 40 30
Subframe Bolts 25 18

Dry vs. Wet Torque

All specs assume dry threads. The high-compression 300 engine in the new X-PRO chassis creates the highest-stakes scenario in Beta’s range. Reduce 15–20% when compound is present.

Thread Locker Recommendations

Medium-strength (blue) thread locker for the 2025 Beta 300 RR X-PRO:

  • Rear sprocket nuts
  • All disc bolts
  • Linkage bolts
  • Subframe bolts
  • Exhaust mount hardware
  • Skid plate bolts
  • Power valve cover bolts

Torque Wrench Selection

A 3/8-inch drive click-type for 15–100 Nm and a 1/4-inch drive for 10 Nm hardware. Two drive sizes for the new-generation 300cc X-PRO platform.
