Matrix Concepts LS1 Lift Stand

Matrix Concepts LS1 Lift Stand

Reese - Denver Great Stand, easy to lift "I bought this stand to avoid hurting my back lifting my bike on and off my box stand in close quarters in my garage. This is stand certainly a good solution for that. It does not take my whole body weight to get the bike off the ground. It seems like it takes about 50-100lbs of force to lift a 250+ lb motorcycle off the ground. I was concerned about whether this stand would lift the bike high enough so the tires were off the ground but it did just fine. I have a 2016 YZ450FX and both tires are off the ground by at least half an inch at the same time. It is compact enough that when the bike is in the air with the stand under it, the stand does not stick much past the sides of the bike even with the lift arm on the ground. With the bike on this stand as compared to my stand four legged stand, the bike does wobble more. But I do not feel concerned about it. I often have to carry a bunch of things out to the curb to wash my bike (I live in suburbia and my garage is in an ally where there is no hose so I have to bring everything to the front of the house to wash the bike). And when I carry this stand with one hand, I hook my fingers through the lever arm and into the plate where the bike sits. My only complaint with this is that the edges of the steel on the plate where the bike sits are kind of sharp. They are not sharp enough to cut you while you carry the weight of the stand with one hand. But it is uncomfortable. I might try wrapping some pipe insulation around it or a bit of rubber hose or something. But up to this point it has only been a minor annoyance. The stand seems well made and certainly makes getting the bike off the ground easier than lifting the bike on a static stand."

Matrix Concepts LS1 Lift Stand

Marina - Rochester, NY Exactly what I wanted, but my lowered bikes to low "I am 5”1 and 100lbs and my dual sport and dirt bike are both lowered. I wanted to be able keep both tires off the ground on a stand and it’s hard to lift the bikes up and on to a traditional stand when they are already so low. This stand is exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately the lowest it goes is still about a inch too high to fit underneath my lowered bikes. I could pop the bike on my hip and get it on, but I wish it went a touch lower."
