The 2023 Beta 350 RR-S transitions to the latest-generation chrome-moly steel frame alongside the rest of Beta’s four-stroke enduro lineup. The new chassis geometry, revised suspension mounting, and modernized ergonomics create a fundamentally updated dual-sport platform. The 349cc liquid-cooled DOHC four-valve single with updated fueling, refined intake, and improved exhaust delivers the broad powerband through the new structure. KYB fork and Sachs shock with dual-sport tuning, and DOT-compliant street equipment complete the package. The new-generation frame means the 350 RR-S handles road and trail differently — the improved geometry benefits both environments.

Dry vs. Wet Torque
Oil drain plug: always wet; reduce 15–20% with sealant. All other values assume dry threads.
First-Year Chassis & Highway Vibration
The new frame handles highway vibration through different load paths than the previous chassis. During the first season, verify engine mount and chassis pivot torque more frequently. The new subframe attachment points carry the full street equipment load — tail light, license plate bracket, turn signals, and mirrors all transmit road vibration through the new structure. Once validated through a full season of mixed road/trail use, maintenance patterns will be established.
Thread Locker Application
Medium-strength (blue) thread locker for the 2023 Beta 350 RR-S:
- Rear sprocket nuts
- All disc bolts
- Linkage bolts
- Subframe bolts
- Exhaust header bolts
- Mirror mount bolts
- License plate bracket hardware
Torque Wrench Selection
A 3/8-inch drive click-type for 20–100 Nm and a 1/4-inch drive for 10–12 Nm hardware. Two drive sizes for the new-generation 350cc dual-sport.
