The 2020 Beta 390 RR-S incorporates updated CDI mapping and improved cooling into the mid-displacement dual-sport. The 389cc DOHC four-valve single with EFI and six-speed gearbox continues to deliver the torque-rich powerband through DOT-compliant street equipment on the chrome-moly steel frame. The revised CDI mapping alters throttle response characteristics — on the dual-sport, this means smoother power delivery during road transit and more predictable acceleration when transitioning from pavement to trail. KYB fork and Sachs shock provide the mixed-surface capability.
