Vance & Hines introduces Eliminator 400 Slip-ons for Harley-Davidson touring models. Featuring large 4-inch mufflers finished with race-inspired CNC-machined billet end caps, Eliminator 400s are tuned to give 1995 and later baggers a deep and aggressive roar. Eliminator 400s can be fitted with optional quiet baffles (sold separately) for a more moderate exhaust note.
