Not worth $200

Ive had my pair for about a year and just about everything has broken on them. The foam has ripped, tear off posts broken off. I still have %100 goggles from years ago that I have worn ten times as much and none of them have ever broken. The oakleys definitely feel great when they are brand new, super comfy and the field of vision is amazing but it just seems like they are made out of weak plastic that doesn't last.

Outstanding goggles

Im used to the $25 to $30 pair of goggles and when I would race I would always get dirt in my eyes no matter how tight I made the goggles. I figured, why not try out Oakley? I have sunglasses with the prizm lenses and I absolutely love them. The goggles are no different. Absolutely great. My only complaint is that the individual tear offs make the vision a little cloudy, but if you use the lamanated ones you can see just fine

The Best

I have used all the different brands of goggles on the past 50 years of riding and these Air Frames are the Best! The Prism lens makes everything look like 4K TV
I know that they are expensive but worth every penny. To change out lens it take 20 sec.

Best Goggles I've Ever Owned

These are truly the best goggles I've ever owned. They fit great and the field of view is excellent. I've owned several Oakley goggles over the years (30+) and these are by far the best. I love the quick lens change out and the replacement parts available. While the buy in cost is's worth the price of admission. I expect to get several years from these. Note: Recently I had a very extreme get off. (I ride nasty single track in Az) At moderately high speed I went head on face first into a small rock/boulder cluster. While I suffered a half a golf ball bump on my forehead and a mild concussion for 2 days. The goggle lens was creased and scratched to heck. But there was no penetration! New lens...back on the trails. Best Goggles ever!

Oakley Airbrake Goggles

I love how they fit and feel but they fog almost immediately because there is no airflow. The foam is very dense and does not allow any air flow. Total bummer. I scoured the internet and nobody seems to be talking about this problem. I've worn them for 4 or 5 motos (not racing) and I have had to quit riding each time and go back to my 100% or Fly goggles. Very disappointing. The field of view and visibility is excellent until they fog after 10 or less minutes depending on how hot/humid it is and how much I sweat. I'm in Southern Alabama so maybe my our Northern brothers will have better luck.

Q: Does the filter darken the lense at all in terms of how you see? Or is the same viewing brightness level as normal goggles

A: Having a darker prizm lens will cause the view to be darker the a standard clear lens due to the reflective coating.
