We reserve the right to update our return policy at any time in our discretion and without prior notice. The return policy applicable to any given return shall be the return policy in effect at the time of the return, and not the return policy in effect at the time of purchase.
Dissatisfied with your purchase? No problem! If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase we'll provide a fast refund or exchange. All returns for exchange or refund must be returned within 90 days from receipt date, be in new unused condition and include original product packaging.
Step 1 Start Your Return
You'll need the order number from your confirmation email and the email address you used to place the order. Or you can log into your account and start a return from the order in your Order History.
Step 2 Pack It Up
Put your item(s) and the return packing slip in a sturdy box, like the one it came in. Make sure to cover any old addresses and barcodes. Tape it up securely and ensure the label is clearly visible on the outside.
Step 3 Drop It Off
You may choose to use the offered flat rate label for $8.99 and drop your package off at any FedEx location. If you choose to receive your refund in store credit, the $8.99 fee for the FedEx shipping label will be waived.
If you prefer to use a different carrier, use the label you got from them and ship to the address provided in your Return Confirmation email.

To make shipping a return even easier, we offer a flat-rate $8.99 FedEx shipping label for eligible U.S. customers returning products that aren't designated as oversized. If the item is considered oversized, a fee of $25.00 will apply for using the offered FedEx flat rate label. Examples of oversized items include, but are not limited to, tires, wheels, fenders, luggage, stands, seats, bumpers, ramps, and similar large items.
You'll have the option to print this label after creating a return, or you can receive the label in an email after a Gearhead generates a return for you. Print your label, tape it to the outside of your return package, and drop it off at a FedEx store at your convenience. The $8.99 price for the label will be deducted from the refund issued for the return of your new or used items.
If you choose to receive your refund in store credit, the $8.99 fee for the FedEx shipping label will be waived.
Please note that this return process (using a flat rate shipping label) does not apply to items that ship outside the contiguous U.S. or to items that ship freight, which include, but are not limited to, plows, roofs, roll cages, doors, cab enclosures, e-mountain bikes, and more. For any of these items, please call or chat with a Gearhead to set up your return and determine your shipping cost. If you attempt to ship freight items using the flat rate shipping label, you acknowledge and agree that your card on file will be charged for any difference in shipping cost between the flat rate FedEx shipping label and the actual shipping cost of the item once the item is received.

Should you order something today and later realize you need a different size, just give us a call at 503-783-5645 and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will arrange to email you a FedEx shipping label for the item(s) being returned and get you setup for an exchange - FREE of charge.
Refunds are credited back to your original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. It can take 3 to 5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our distribution center. You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
