On a 2019 KTM 300XCW TPI, the fuel line is a short, inexpensive piece of rubber doing a job with zero tolerance for failure — and replacing it is well within reach with basic hand tools and about half an hour.
What Fuel Injection Changes Here

Fuel left standing does its own damage: ethanol blends draw in moisture and degrade after months of sitting, and the byproducts attack rubber and leave sticky residue. Verifying the Repair
Remove the clamping pliers and pressurize the system before starting the bike. Turning the key on for a moment runs the pump on your 2019 KTM 300XCW TPI and loads the new joint with real pressure; that is your first and most informative test. Inspect both connections with good light immediately after.
Then run it. Bring the engine to temperature and check the fittings again, paying attention to any quick-connect coupler.
