Step 5: Burp the System & Final Top-Off

  • With the cap still off, start the engine and let it idle for 2–3 minutes to allow coolant circulation and air bubble escape.
  • Turn off the engine and top off coolant to the proper level.
  • Replace and secure the radiator cap.
  • Wipe off any spilled coolant from the bike surface.
