  • The KX85 has a bleeder screw opposite the radiator cap. Use a Phillips screwdriver to slightly open this bleeder and release air while filling; when coolant flows steadily from the bleeder, close it securely.
  • Reinstall the radiator cap. Make sure it clicks and locks securely–improper installation can lead to leaks or overheating after riding.

Bleeding & Final Checks
