  • Once stable, reinstall the radiator cap and check the overflow reservoir again. Add coolant if it dropped below the full line.

  • Run the engine up to operating temperature, then shut off and let cool. Double-check coolant levels and watch for leaks.
  • If coolant level in the overflow tank is low after cooling, top off as needed.
