Step 1: Cool the Motorcycle

  • Leave the radiator bleed screw out for now.

  • Pour Motul Motocool Factory Line -35°C slowly into the radiator filler neck.
  • As coolant fills, watch the bleed screw hole. When coolant flows out without air bubbles, reinstall and tighten the bleed screw to 8 Nm with a new sealing washer.
  • Continue topping off until the coolant is at the LEVEL mark in the radiator's expansion tank (approx. 1.1 liters system capacity).

Step 7: Check for Leaks & Run the Engine

  • With the radiator cap installed, start the motorcycle and let it idle until it reaches operating temperature. Turn off and allow to cool.
  • Check coolant level again, refill if needed. Double-check that all bolts are secure and no leaks are visible.
