  9. Remove Air Pockets
    To purge air, gently rock the bike side to side. Add coolant as the level drops. Some air bubbles are normal – continue until the level holds steady.
  10. Secure the Radiator Cap
    Reinstall the radiator cap. The cap locks in place with two clicks – be sure it is fully seated to maintain pressure.
  11. Check System Operation
    Start the bike and let it idle for a few minutes. Check for leaks at the drain bolt and around the radiators. Allow the bike to fully cool, then recheck the coolant level – top up as necessary.
