What You Need

Step 1: Cool Down and Prep

Step 5: Fill with Fresh Coolant
- Using a funnel, slowly fill the radiator with fresh coolant. Allow air bubbles to escape as you pour.

Step 6: Burp the System
- Squeeze the main radiator hoses gently to help release trapped air.
- Rock the bike side-to-side a few times, then check the coolant level again and top off if needed.

Step 7: Check for Leaks & Final Assembly
- Reinstall the radiator cap securely.
