All I had to do was remove the old spacer, and replace it with new mounting bracket. The rest was easy.
Very durable and can with hold a beating. I race woods with this bike and love the protection that this gives me.
Product does exactly what it says it does, looks great, and was easy to install.
Bought part but was unaware the inner pieces didn’t come with it? Makes no sense
Bought this for my 2013 WR450F. The design seems legit until you go and install it. The brake cover simply floats on your axle which in my case did not work. it does not fit snug and just wobbles around. might be able to by a washer and get it to fit but that means more work on my end and poor design by Acerbis.
Durability and performance were not tested so those are a fail.
Looks great, fits great, fast shipping
I put it on my 04 CRF250X. Installation was easy but included removing the front wheel, whereas the stock brake guard does not require that. This plastic is also much more flimsy than the stock guard and provides no coverage to the lower fork and axel connections like stock does. overall it does look much cooler but provides less protection than the stock guard.
A stylish protector. Deflect debris very well. First time riding with one, I knocked out a few vents with a rock, so it did it’s job and saved my front disc!
I hit a rock in a rut with the side of my tire and it bent this guard out 3+inches but the rock never touched my rotor and i was able to keep going and didnt even notice until i got back to the truck. I bent it back into place in 30 seconds and it did not seem to loose any strength at all. much cheaper to protect it then to replace it and it looks really cool!

You are correct - the Acerbis X-Brake Disc Cover Mounting Kit is not available for the two-stroke Suzuki RM models.
