  Rear Shock Lowering Kit.

  This kit can be installed without disassembling the rear shock damper, making setup quick and straightforward.

  • By pressing and securing the seal head from the outside of the damper, it lowers the rear height by approximately 30 mm while maintaining the suspension's original performance.
  • Because the suspension stroke is shortened without altering the overall length at full bottom, it greatly reduces the risk of tire-to-fender contact - a common issue in typical lowering setups.
  • When used together with a lowering link, even greater height reduction can be achieved.
  • Compatible with cylinder inner diameters of 46 mm (KYB / WP) and 50 mm (KYB / SHOWA / WP).

  Precautions:

  For some models, the piston rod extension may become shorter due to the thickness of the collar, resulting in a reduced overall shock length. Also, because the spring seat position rises by the thickness of the collar, please check that there is sufficient thread margin above the spring seat before assembly. If there is not enough thread margin, a shorter spring will be required.

  • For -40 mm lowering, required thread margin = 14 mm.
  • For -50 mm lowering, required thread margin = 17 mm.
