Featuring a frame made from 100% US-grown cotton, they are the world's first biodegradable sunglasses.
  
  The cotton frame is surprisingly rigid and durable so they still feel like a normal pair of shades. Zeal also made sure the entire sunglasses were free of crude oil-based plastics, so the Ace also features E-llume polarized lens, which are made from a plant-based material called Z-Resin to eliminate the need for harmful petrochemicals in the manufacturing process.
