  The latest evolution of every modern MX bike has a host of improvements, from new chassis designs to airbox and ECU configurations, all providing more power with less noise. The new RS-12evo Signature Series system keeps the noise level steady - all the while improving rideability, power and torque with less weight.

  • All-new RS-12evo carbon end cap: It was time to enhance the look of the RS-12. Introducing the RS-12evo, the next level from Yoshimura, representing an unrelenting pursuit of form and function from the R&D engineers at Yoshimura.
  • All-new Hydroformed Muffler: The RS-12evo includes an all-new hydroformed muffler design that allows for the most efficient use of the area next to the airbox, subframe and shock, creating a custom tailored fit that no others have. This new sleeve also incorporates a deep draw one-piece resonator further improving durability. Efficiency is one thing, but the sick look of the styling on the RS-12evo muffler is second to none.
  • Precision Taper Fit: Precision Taper Fit sound inserts are a patent pending system that allows for easy removal and installation of sound inserts and spark arrestors with RS-12 and RS-12evo mufflers.
  • Hydroformed Header Primary: Improved performance due to exact matching of the oval exhaust port, with an incredible smooth internal transition from oval to round. Increased durability of this design comes from a reduction in welded connections that results in an improved fit coming from the exact repeatability of hydroforming process.
  • Header Resonator: Developed in cooperation from countless hours with race teams, the header resonator isn't just there for looks, it allows Yoshimura to maximize power across the spectrum, while enhancing rider connectivity.
  • Cast Manifold: Benefits include increased strength, durability, easier installation and removal.

  The RS-12evo is designed, developed and made in the U.S.A. with the help of race teams in the U.S.A., Europe and Japan.
