I haven't used Yamalube R, since I lost my last RD

I haven't used Yamalube R, since I lost my last RD-400.

But, it is STILL the best 2 stroke injector oil around.
It is also very good as a premix! Would not hesitate
to use it again. That R stands for RACE!

Good Stuff!

Been using Yamalube 2R for years and it works great. There are certainly other fine racing grade mixing lubes but Yamalube 2R is on par with the best of them and is readily available at local shops if you run out and are in a jam before you get your next order!

Grade A P-mix!

This is my go to premix and all i will use in my equipment. I love yamalube 2R, burns clean and keeps my machines running crisp. I use this in my 17' yz250x also in my daughters LT80 and even my chainsaw. Never had a problem and will stick with this as long as it is produced.

Verry good

I've used a variety of oil in a few bikes. 99 Kx80 used castor then switched to yamalube for a while to try it out. Made the bike perform that much better. 04 ktm 105sx ran some maxama oil in it because that's what the previous owner ran in it. Ran yamalube through it and the bike ran smoother and didn't smoke as much. It barely spooged. Now I have a 2001 yz125. This is the only premix oil I will ever run in my 2 stroke machines. Wish I could find somewhere to buy it by the gallon!!! Over all the best high performance oil out there. I give this a 110 rating if I could.

Answer: You can mix it at whatever ratio you want. The Yamaha manual calls for 30:1. I currently mix mine at 44:1 and it runs better and there's less smoke than the factory spec. I've been told that even 44:1 is super rich compared to what some guys are running.
