Needed to smooth out the clutch feel on my bike and this did the trick, feels great.
Very nice upgrade!
Good product, fit well and is working great so far!
I bought this a month ago due to my factory basket being grooved to high heaven, so far so good, steel vs aluminum like the factory basket so obviously it will be much more durable, but what sold me is the lifetime warranty.
Installed on 08 trx450er, basket was tight to begin with. After a few rides it developed alot of play.
Clutch is no longer slipping, I can actually take off from a standstill without stalling now. For anyone looking to purchase this, make sure you have a bench press handy. You'll need it to punch out your old kickstart gear.
Very well made. Quality is on par with Hinson. Plus lifetime warranty.. doesn't get much better than that...
fit perfect holding up great. great value
I bought this for my 09 ktm 450xcf and it fit great and works flawlessly! My stock basket was starting to grove and I had already cleaned the groves once.

Question:Q: If I replace the clutch plates and springs on my sons 2007 KTM 65SX,do I need a basket also and will the new clutch plates fit the old basket?Question asked Over 7 months ago
Question answered by MattGearheadUser's contributor status: Top 25Question answered Over 7 months agoAnswer: A: You should be able to replace just the plates and springs in your original basket. However, if the basket has been damaged i would recommend replacing it. Typically you can just change the plates and springs and be fine.

Any OEM clutch components can be used with this Wiseco Clutch Basket as it is a direct OEM replacement. Question answered by BrianUser's contributor status:Question answered Over 5 years agoAnswer: A: No, you will have to reuse your current gear. Press it out of your old clutch basket, then heat the new basket in the stove (400* for 15 minutes) and then the old gear will drop right in. Place something heavy on the gear so as it cools it will be tight. In 20 minutes it's all set.
Question answered by bodizafaUser's contributor status:Question answered Over 5 years agoAnswer: A: No, you will have to transfer the gear to the basket. No big deal though.
