My OEM basket broke so I got this one I like the material is not anodized metal I think it's Steel it seems to be a stronger material there's a lot of YouTube videos how to install it
Better than OEM clutch basket. Highly Recommended
I was really wanting the hinson basket but it was out of stock. I was in a real bind and needed a new basket before my next race a few days away. Wiseco was my only option. After installing it with a new pro-active hub I'm extremely happy. Fit and finish are excellent. The lifetime guarantee is definitely a piece of mind.
The build and quality of this basket is good. I have had one in my trx450er for a while now and it has held up well and operates smooth. Also just put on in 250sxf. The way they secure the backing plate and gear to it is better than I've seen on other brands, but there does seem to be some more play in the fiber disc fingers to the slots in the basket that some other baskets I've used.
I rebuilt my clutch system (basket, plates, center hub, and springs) on my 2007 crf 250r. The basket has not shown any signs of ware over 2 years of hard riding, 6 days per week. Install is very easy. I would, and have recommended this to my friends
My OEM clutch basket was wore out and had indentions where the clutches were riding and it shifts way way smoother with the new wiseco basket
