As others have pointed out this thing leaks like crazy on and off. It's totally frustrating to be at the track and to all ways have to check your oil level. Should work way better than it does if they bothered to QA the product.
This part comes with the wrong o-rings. Says it will work for 2006 kx450f but after you buy this part you then have to get stock o-rings.
Leaks like a siv. My 15 kx450f needed a new oil filter cover since stock covers can crack easily. I cracked mine. Order this put it on and loved the look rode for a hour before I really checked it out. Oil all down my engine and frame. Now a little oil can look like a lot, so no engine issues but looks terrible.. I put other o rings on yet to try it out..
Amazing quality and more solid than stock. Came with gaskets.
This oil filter cap is very nice. It fits well and works great.
The cap seems to fit well, actually better than stock, I bought to replace the stock cap that had cracked, has a nice weight to it, seems to be high quality, the stock o-rings seem too small, but I can't find any specific to this cap. If I figure out why it's leaking and it's a simple fix, this would no doubt be a 5star rating and would definitely recommend to a friend.
This was one of the only caps I could find, it is much stouter than the stock.
Yes that factory look. High quality part from twin air. Removes heat from your oil.
Don't know if this product actually does what it states it will do, but it does "look" better than the stock one, which is why I purchased it. Make sure that you make sure it's snug after you first ride.
The twin air oil filter cap looks great on the bike.
You might have to re use the stock o rings on the 2012 KX450f. The o rings that came with it were a little thinner than stock and let oil seep past.
