I purchased these parts for an older KDX220 I was rebuilding for someone, the parts showed up very fast and the customer was very satisfied with all the products. This isn’t the first time I’ve used Motosport, and certainly won’t be the last. I love that the company throws in free stickers with every purchase, I place them on my own bikes and let people know to use the site as much as they can.

First, I order this as a kit, and you would expect a kit to be the factory sizes once you load your information in there. That's not the case here...it gave me a different front size sprocket. Partially my fault because I should have double checked before finalizing the order; I just assumed that the stock sizes would have been the default.
Second, holy stretching chain. I've never had a chain stretch so much. My KTM 300 had the factory chain on it and I've had to adjust it once since new. I installed the Turner O-ring chain, adjusted it and rode the same trails I always ride in the same fashion I always ride. After about an hour on the bike, the chain had stretched so much that I could have pulled it off without loosening the axle. So, I threw it on the stand and adjusted it again, tightened everything down and went back out to the trails. Within two hours, the chain had stretched so much AGAIN, that I threw the chain and it bonded up at the case (luckily I run a case saver) but it still did it's fair share of gnarling up the case saver and shifter lever.
The bike it home and on the stand. I'll be pulling the chain and most likely having to spend more money on the new, higher quality chain it it looks like ti stretched too much. I can't see their chains holding up well to a motocross bike/style of riding if it performed so poorly on a somewhat mild day of trail riding.
I only have about 5 hours on the setup, but everything seems to be working as it should. Only a little chain stretch and the sprockets are holding up as they should.
i ordered 2 sets with a 12 tooth front,,one went on a 08 model yz250f and fit great,,,the other went on a 16 yz250f and a 12 tooth front will not fit,,motosport was great helping me get it right..the 12 tooth groove in the backside of front sprocket isn't tall enough to clear case on a 16 yz250f
This kit is just as nice as a Renthal or Pro Taper kit, and costs $40-$50 less. The 520 MX Racing chain is on par with a R1 or ERT chain. You cannot go wrong!
