I have had many braces to help support my wrist I shattered. All others give me bad arm pump, mainly becuase i had to tighten them so much to keep them from moving around. That and they have strings and straps going everywhere that just gets annoying. This one is simple, easy to adjust, and comes with different sticks to adjust mobility. Price isnt bad either, especially when comparing to other wrist braces.

I used this Troy Lee wrist support during my last Hare Scramble and had zero wrist pain and keep full functioning of my left hand. Had no issue with working the clutch. Did have wear over my glove and did see some slight wear from the handle bar grips.
I would recommend this product to anyone with a wrist injury that needs extra support.
Ordered for my son for riding due to fractured wrist. Great support. Only problem was after 1 use, Stitching separated from Velcro.
I recently broke my wrist so I purchased a set of the these wrist braces and just wore them today for the first time since my wrist was broke. They work great. Very comfortable and they support my wrists exactly as I had hoped. I don't think I'll ride again without them. I cant say anything about wear and tear since I've only worn them once but I will see in the near future. I would recommend these to anybody that's interested. The only thing is I have to wear them over my gloves but that's fine with me.
Some say wear under or over glove!! Under if you want to maybe buy two sets of gloves, tried it didn't work for me!! my glove barley fit over don't want to have to buy second set of gloves to get the one X-Lg!! wore it over the glove works better fit ok! One short ride already shows wear on thin palm material!! Size chart?? I way 165 +or- recommend the Lg. also recommend wearing it over the glove!! Other than longevity of the product "only time will tell" I like it, Like the extra support!! Mind you not wearing on throttle hand!!
After 2 broken wrists needed some extra support while riding and these were just right. Fully adjustable in more than one way.
I have a bad wrist, due to an old injury, which gives me limited mobility. My right wrist does not fully extend back and because it's my throttle hand it makes riding painful and uncomfortable....my wrist would ache for 2-3 days after riding for one day. After buying and using this wrist brace the pain is gone, there are different levels of adjustment to stiffen the brace if needed and while riding it is completely unoticable. The brace is designed to go either under or over a glove, but I found wearing it over my glove to be the most comfotable. So far I have used the brace for the entire summer and it shows zero signs of wear and tear.....when/if I finally do wear this brace out I will be immediately puchasing another Troy Lee Designs Shock Doctor
not as good as i thought they would be. Just ok.
No more sore wrists!!! Worth every penny!!
I have used a number of wrist guards. None of the fancy Allsport style ones. The material and fit of the TLD brace is good. I don't have very large hands and still used the Large size. It fit well. The aspect of the brace that isn't that well design IMHO is the 4 plastic Popsicle stick like inserts that give the brace it's stiffness seem like they should be shaped to the curve of the top of your hand. While the flexibility of the material is nice it also allows the brace to slide to either one side or the other of the wrist. It isn't uncomfortable and it doesn't get in the way of wrist motion but it does seem like it might compromise how well the brace supports the wrist.
