Question asked by Kingquad14

Question: Do you know what size it would be for a 2014 Suzuki king quad 750? Also can I get just the adapter? I am looking to insert a thermoswitch Instead of a temperature sensor. If so what size would thermoswitch need to be?

Answer: The stock inner diameter of the radiator hose is about 3/4in (19mm). It's always recommended to check the inner diameter of where you are placing the sensor before purchasing/installing. Unfortunately the adapter is not sold without the heat probe.

Question: Will this sensor connect to PEX tubing? What is the outside diameter of the fittings?

Question answered 1 month 17 days ago
Answer: The Trail Tech In Line Coolant Temperature Sensor is to be installed in the radiator hose. PEX tubing that is used for plumbing is too hard and won't create a tight fit.
The Trail Tech In Line Coolant Temperature Sensor is available in diameters of 16mm, 19mm, 22mm, and 25mm.
You will have to measure the inner diameter of your radiator hose to determine which to order.

Answer: Should be a 22mm. It's always best to double check the inner diameter of the line your going to connect into.

Question:  Will this power the trail tech voyager and the trail tech fan kit together at the same time? Or do they both need an individual sensor? And what size would I need for a 2019 KTM 300 XCW?

Answer: The Trail Tech In Line Water Temperature Sensor has a single wire, to be connected to your Trail Tech Voyager Computer. The Trail Tech Fan can then be connected to the computer, so that the computer will tell the fan when to turn on.
Your 2019 KTM 300XCW requires the 25mm Trail Tech In Line Water Temperature Sensor.
