We have a 2006 Honda CRF450r that we have turned into a Supermoto, the stator was very easy to change- instructions were very detailed- wiring was plug and play. An hour and a half and we were ready to hook up all the lighting and brake switch. Next we may do the flywheel to get more output.
I purchased this unit for my 2015 KTM 300XC 2 stroke, I am running the BaJa Squadron XL. Powers the lite extremely well. I would highly recommend this light to anyone looking to night ride like a PRO. The only issue I found with the product was the mount that holds the rectifier to the bike. The steel plate began to have stress cracks until it broke. May have been caused because of the orientation I mounted the bracket. With that said the summery of the stater is 5 starts out of 5. I have had the park on my bike close to a year running strong. super easy to install. I love IT
I purchased this unit for my 2011 KTM 530EXC, the stock KTM unit is only 35w and I am installing the Trail Tech X2 Halogen 70w headlight unit on my bike so I went with the 100w Trail tech stator assy. This unit is a simple plug and play like trail tech said it was.
2011 KTM 530EXC stock stator 35w. Installed the TRAIL TECH stator 100w for my application. Simple to follow instructions also added the X2 Halogen Off-road headlight kit. Great combination for riding around town and Night riding on the trails.
