Some of the screws broke when i installed it so they're not 100% tight. They do function well and look good on my YFZ 450R

My son is 12 and always riding and making his own trails. He would come back with his hands stinging from branches and vines. He had stinging hands until we got Renthal Moto handguards. The price was good at the time . and I was worried about quality. I put them on and had no problems. Went on fast and his hands where good to go.
I used the hand guards this past weekend at Thunder Valley. Work great no busted knuckle are fingers . Even fell once there very durable didn't break.
1st tip over I had in a corner and the plastic arm between the bar and the guard snapped. Plastic appears very brittle. I can't buy a replacement arm so I now throw the guards out and and am out $40, lasted 2 rides. The Acerbis guards will last much longer.
fit is not great but they are cheep
Guards offer good protection. Easy to install. A little pricey for what they are, but different color option for decorative stickers are nice.
i would not recommend anyone to buy this product for the reason . If you and when you tip over they break frist time. i know they are cheap but you get what you pay for and that's a name that it.
i have a 250ex and rolled it down a hill and the guards didnt break and the renthal twinwall bars i have on it didn't bend at all
Have a 2007 KX450F that I ride mostly in the desert. Got the guards cause I was sick of getting my hands mauled. I rode at a local MX track and laid my bike down and the plastic "bridge" between the mount and the guard snapped. Can't find a replacement part??? Should have looked into that before I bought.
I have a 2010 crf250r and it took me 1 month to get them and they dont fit my bike. The throttle side doesnt fit but the other side fits fairly good
