Rekluse Core EXP to RadiusX DDS Upgrade Kit

  Upgrade Kit - K350.

  This kit replaces some of the EXP clutch parts while reusing some of the O.E.M. clutch parts.

  The following is a summary of what is replaced and what is reused:

  • The O.E.M. center clutch inner and outer hub - these O.E.M. clutch components are reused for the RadiusX product.
  • All EXP TEC drive plates and the EXP lining plate (0.048" or 1.2 mm) will be replaced with RadiusX TEC drive plates and the RadiusX lining plate (0.040" or 1 mm).
  • All O.E.M. friction disks will be replaced with Rekluse TorqDrive disks.
  • The O.E.M. Bellville spring and spring seat will be reused.
  • The EXP pressure ring spacer will be replaced with the RadiusX pressure ring spacer.
  • The EXP pressure plate will be reused.
  • The EXP base will be reused.
  • All of the O.E.M. drive pins will be reinstalled.
  • The gasket used with your EXP clutch will be reused.
  • The pressure plate bolts will be replaced with new bolts supplied in the RadiusX kit.
