Got this intake to swapped out the ugly stock sponge that comes with the bike.. overall really really simple to install, looks good and feels better. .. I did watch BLUEBOY’S video right before installing so that help out a lot. Thanks man!

Very well designed product

This is a nicely designed product, somebody spent some time on the air horn, it looks fantastic. Overall easy to install and comes with a pre-filter.

2011 Raptor 700R

This is a great product. Installation wasn't too bad considering drilling out the rivets of the air box. I didn't expect as much power but it defiantly surprised me! It gave my quad quite a bit more power. You will notice it is snappier off the line. Worth the money!

A: Any modification of the intake or exhaust will require re-jetting. It would be safe to check either way, this will introduce a significant more amount of air the bike can use.

A: You will likely need to make changes to the fuel mapping on your Raptor 700 after installing the Pro Design Pro Flow Intake Kit.
Q: I have a 2007 yamaha raptor 700R, it's bone stock as of now, should i expect alot more power if i get this and DMC exhausts?

A: With this intake kit and an aftermarket exhaust, you should notice quite a bit of difference, however, keep in mind you may need to re-jet your carburetor.

A: Wiley, I had a 2005 Raptor 660 & used the Pro Design kit with the K&N filter & replacement filter for the airbox lid. I used a Dr.D slip-on pipe, but any aftermarket pipe will give similar performance. I had to re-jet both carbs & adjust needle valve. I saw an increase of 8-12 HP. I now have a 2007 Raptor700 also & did the same thing but, as you know, the 2007 is Fuel Inj so you will have to change the fuel mapping. I installed a Vortex x10 CDI &, with that, chages to the fuel mapping are easy. You should see a gain of 8-12 HP. Trust me, its worth it!!!
