5 Star for a Wide Glide

I have burned this first set up before writing this review. I had local tire store put them on my 2013 Harley-Davidson Wide Glide. I then proceeded to punish them through the summer heat of 100 + and to a low of 17 degrees in the winter season, with a mixture of dry conditions as well as wet. These tires have been great, and with just over 7,000 miles on them, I say it is a fair deal. The handling in the mountains is perfect the design of the tire allows for an aggressive roll in through the curves. I have just about ground through the lower heat shield of the bottom pipe yet stable for the long haul in the flats. Now that they are down past the wear bars they still hold tight in the dry but have become a little squarely in the wet, but that is to be expected with any bald tire and has a simple fix, Slow Down. I will, and I have recommended this tire to my other friends as a great set of tires. I will repurchase them.

Good tires

I had them installed by the dealer. Love the aggressive tread design but have not had them long enough to determine durability.

Soft Ride, Great Grip

I installed these tires on my Honda VTX1800 this Spring, replacing a pair of Metzler ME880's that were on the bike when I purchased it last year. The Pirelli Night Dragons had a noticeably softer ride and great confidence-inspiring grip in the corners. They tracked well on rutted pavement and even when quite worn tracked perfectly straight on grooved concrete. The only downside is longevity. After 5500 miles of leisurely two-up touring, the rear tire was into the wear-bars and the front had worn to 1/32" above the wear-bars. So overall; performance is great, longevity not so much.

Awsome Tires

I ordered these tires for my FatBoy Lo as the Dunlap tires that came on my bike wore out at 5000 miles. The Harley Dunlaps that were on my bike when I bought brand new handled like I was riding on a flat tire. Hard to lean had to slow way down in corners. did not like the feel on wet pavement.

I have over 11,000 miles on my Pirelli Dragons and it is time to order a new set. Both the front and back tire wore even, no couping no buldges, I love how they handle in corners and on wet pavement. I would not buy another tire for my FatBoy.

My Pirelli Dragon tires seen conditions on a reqular basis both wet/dry conditions on Pavement, Dirt roads and Gravel roads.

Never again.

I purchased both front and rear Night Dragons for my 97 HD Bagger. On the first day the bike went down on a curve. Not knowing the cause I reserved comments against the tires. After a month of adjusting tire and suspension pressures ect. and continuing to ride on these unsafe, unstable tires I finally reinstalled my old bald Dunlops and found the bike to be much safer with the old tires on.
I would not recommend these tires for a larger bike.
