They’re round, they’re good

I ride a cruiser, so I do not push the “envelope”. I’m expecting these tires to last me until they begin to dry rot! So far the ride is comfortable and the traction is good; the one emergency breaking incident I had, the tires gripped as expected. In curves, no prblems...

Excellent Adhesion

I was looking for a low cost set of tires, and found some, but didn’t expect them to outperform the oem Dunlaps. But they did. Don’t know anout longevity yet.

Question

Do these tires have both Pirelli and Route outlines on the tire? Wondering cause I wanted to paint the letters and the pic only shows Pirelli print.

An upgrade from OEM on all levels

Handling, durability and grip in foul weather far exceed what I unfortunately became accustomed to with run of the mill HD offerings. I’m so glad to have made the switch. The shape of these is far closer to a sport tire than the flat car-like tires that you find on most “sport”-sters. They definitely helped out with my bike’s cafe racer ambitions.

Q: I have a 92 suzuki intruder, 1400 cc bike. The bike has spoke wheels and tires would require tubes. Will the Pirelli MT66 tires for this bike allow use of tubes? I think the tires indicate they are tubeless design in 110/90-19 and 170/80-15 sizes?

A: You can use tubeless tires on a spoked rim. You cannot use tube-type tires on a mag rim.

Looking at the 100/90-19H and 150/80-16H tires. They do not say tube style in the listing. Will they work on my 08 nightster with spoke wheels?

A: In this particular tire it really would depend on the size of the tire. I would need to know what sizes you are looking for to tell you for certain. Most are listed as tube type (TT) tires.
