I got a medium but I needed to get a small other than that they worked out pretty good
Lots of padding in between your legs. Has a bit of a diaper feeling but forget about it after a while, going get a pair for my wife also to help for long rides on her KTM
Everything perfect except the waist band is way too small for the pants. I ordered large eventhough I wear a 34" waist. I am an avid cyclist with no "Gut" but these would not fit me even if I had a 32" waist! Decided to return them. Very disappointed.
I use these for mountain biking and enduro riding. I always had problems with my boxers riding up my legs, this fixed the problem and comes with the added benefit of padding. The price is good too. Without ever wearing padded shorts before, it felt a little weird at first, like I was wearing a diaper, but you'll get used to it.
wear these under some thor riding pants.....very comfy, lots of padding but not too much. would buy again for sure.
So, I purchased these shorts In hopes of finding something different from the padded shorts of yesteryear. You know, pulling the pads, washing and sometimes frustrating reassembly or the realization that someone tried to help out and washed and dried them for you! Leaving you with pads now sized for ninny mouse. Thes shorts I was sceptical of at first. The fabric was much lighter making you think one ride failure and the butt pad is big! Making you think it's not for you! Until you finish a day of riding in the gnarly trails where your a#$ has been removed and reapplied more than a teenagers makeup. That pad saved my a#$ literally and I round that fabric breaths better than most. Right now a couple of rides in, Happy.
Well, this is just a great pair of padded underwear, it takes a few rides to get used to the diaper feel, but man do they help keep your butt and hips protected!

Question answered by ChoweUser's contributor status: Top 25Question answered 1 year agoAnswer: A: the 34 inch waist is for a 33-35 inch waist, depending on which gear brand there may be a little variance in their sizing but should be close to how regular pants fit.
