  The updated Helion superfoam midsole runs softer and sits at a slightly higher stack height than its predecessor, smoothing out the transition from heel to toe and keeping your legs fresher over longer efforts. At the center of that midsole, a redesigned two-prong Speedboard adds a springy rebound that translates directly into a faster, more responsive ride. Underfoot, the new Missiongrip rubber outsole is ultra-sticky across both dry and wet surfaces, backed by an updated tread pattern with bigger, more aggressive lugs that bite into loose terrain with real confidence.
