  Radiator Cap Removal Tool.

We all know how tricky it can be to remove some radiator caps on modern off-road motorcycles. Steam can spray out, causing burns, and most of the time, you can't even get your hand on it to begin with. On many new bikes, the cap is tough to get off because you need to push down and turn at the same time, and there is no room for your hand to get in there and grip it. As a result, Nihilo received tons of requests for a tool that can make it easier to remove the caps.

Nihilo Concepts, the #1 Innovator in the motorcycle industry, has come up with a solution that will eliminate any more difficulty.

  • Introducing the Nihilo Concepts Radiator Cap removal tools.
  • Fits a standard wing style radiator cap found on most bikes.
  • Accepts a 1/4" drive rachet, T wrench, or screwdriver handle and make removal a snap.
  • No more scraping your knuckles trying to get in and twist off the cap.
  • In addition, the Nihilo tool keeps your hands away from the hot steam, so opening the cap even when hot is no longer a problem.

It's always a good habit to remove your cap when you start your bike to ensure water is circulating and fluid is topped off. The Nihilo tool will make that practice easy so you can make it a part of your pre-flight checklist.

The new Nihilo Radiator cap removal tool is a must-have for every toolbox. Pick one up today!
