Excellent All-Weather Tires

Bought these on the advice of several colleagues and many professional reviewers and it seems that they were not wrong. These things stick in almost all conditions (they can take time to heat up in right-around-freezing temps) and were impressive throughout the summer months, when it's very dry here. They have also proved themselves worthy of the never-ending rains that are here the other 9 months of the year. Their wet weather performance was the primary purpose in buying this specific model, and I have found that to be just one of the great features of these tires. Their durability looks to be yet another strong point - 2000+ miles and they almost look brand new!

Best all weather performance street tire!

I run these on my Yamaha FZ1 and ride in whatever the weather brings. They have great feel in technical sport riding and also are the best in the wet for my daily commute.

Highly recommend!

A: The recommended size for your 2014 Triumph Thruxton 865 would be 130/80-17. For clearance and handling reasons we do not recommend running a larger size.

I'm looking for the pilot road 4's for a new rear tire, and it only comes in a 150/70r17 vs the 110/90r17 I'm told is the direct match.

A: Yes the recommended rear tire size for your 1981 Suzuki GS650G would be 110/90-17 (4.25-17). Because of clearance and handling issues we do not recommend running a larger tire.

A: The Michelin Pilot Road 4 and Pilot Road 4 Trail are very similar tires. The Pilot Road 4 trail is available in sizes for trail bikes ridden exclusively on roads. The tread compositions are slightly different but feature the same technologies including tread pattern.
