Amazing tire! On road and off, I've got a 16 FC450 amazing on dirt like a normal tire street it doesn't bust chunks off like other ones would.

Bought these tires knowing ahead of time they were more dirt based then my previous set of Dunlop D606’s. Love these tires does amazing on trails and hillclimbs stuff like that. However they do wear out extremely fast if you do enough road riding. I have put maybe 150-200 miles on the street with these already and you can tell I’ve lost maybe 20-25% tread already, but I also ride pretty hard so I’ll give it that. Awesome tire on dirt, not horrible on street.
My rototiller wouldn't start so I used my DRZ400. With this tire I made a 14 in deep trench and the dirt was nice and soft when done. I also shot a 10ft roost 15ft back that hit my wife while planting she was not happy. I strongly suggest this tire for gardening. It also preformed real well riding in the woods, but you knew that.
I've had this tire on my DRZ400 for about 1000 miles now(Mostly dirt/sand/rocks).
The AC10 is a bit on the heavy side, but very durable, and the traction is fantastic on any terrain I've thrown at it, including wet heavy snow. Last week we rode dunes and soft sand and it was unbelievable even on steep hillclimbs. If it can pull my 300 pound bike plus my 200 pounds of rider + Gear up those sand climbs, it must be good!
This tire was a great new tire for my Yamaha TTR 250. Only complaint is that the tread has been wearing down super fast. Im kind of upset at how fast it deteriated but still a very well constructed tire.
they look great
Have not mounted them yet. Snow on the ground up here.
Use it for dual sport. Road eats it up but not as bad as you would think. Good in the dirt.
bought this tire to replace oem ktm Dunlop tire (which was a good tire). Beat this tire in with everything a 4 hour SW PA woods trip could offer. Then took it to the NE 24hr race in Andover NY and put it to the test. Hooked up great in ruts, hardpack, loomy and wet soil, took rocks and roots. Shows a very small slight bit of wear but very happy with tire and would buy again
Ran good in dirt. loose on street cornering. Not great in loose sand. Ran a 200 mile enduro track. 5 percent pavement. So these worked great for my needs

Question answered by MotoSportExpertUser's contributor status: MotoSport Staff ExpertQuestion answered Over 3 years agoAnswer: A: Although these AC10 tires excel in a variety of applications they are a DOT-approved for street use, with a hard compound. They would not be the best choice for most motocross tracks.

Question:Q: We currently have a 110-90-15 on the rear. Will this tire fit?Question asked Over 5 years ago
Question answered by MotoSportExpertUser's contributor status: Expert MotoSport StaffQuestion answered Over 5 years agoAnswer: A: You should have a 110/90-19 on your bike, the 1997 KX250 came stock with a 19" wheel. Double check your rim size, you should have no problem running this 110/90-19 on your KX250.

Question:Q: How will this hold up?Question asked Over 5 years agoI plan on using this a little bit on the road. nothing fast but just a little ways down the road to a job. only using on a back road that is paved
Question answered by MotoSportRyanTUser's contributor status: Expert MotoSport StaffQuestion answered Over 5 years agoAnswer: A: This tire is meant to be used more on dirt than pavement. It likely will suit your needs but it will not last as long being used on pavement as it would on dirt.
Question answered by PDXDaveUser's contributor status: Top 500Question answered Over 5 years agoAnswer: A: On the asphalt, I wouldn't plan on getting more than 1200 miles out of this tire. Even less if you plan on getting in the dirt.
Question answered by Tate20User's contributor status:Question answered Over 5 years agoAnswer: A: It should hold up well under those conditions, plus it will give you great off road performance if you do any riding in the dirt.
