MOTOSPORT SOCIAL MEDIA SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN IN THE MOTOSPORT SOCIAL MEDIA SWEEPSTAKES ("Sweepstakes"). A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:01 AM PACIFIC ON 9/30/2019 AND ENDS AT 11:59 PM PACIFIC ON 10/7/2019 ("Sweepstakes Deadline").
HOW TO ENTER: All entries must be submitted no later than the Sweepstakes Deadline. To enter, complete THE MOTOSPORT SOCIAL MEDIA SWEEPSTAKES Entry Form ("Entry Form") by going to www.motosport.com/link-in-bio. Submit the Entry Form by entering your name and email address, then click on the "Submit" button. One valid and complete Entry Form constitutes one entry. You can submit one entry before the Sweepstakes Deadline. Entries containing false, incomplete or fraudulent information will be disqualified. Only the first entry for a single individual during the sweepstakes will qualify; additional entries from the same email address will be disqualified. Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. MotoSport assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, or non-delivered entries; or for failure or unavailability of electronic equipment, communications or Internet connections; or other errors, failures or malfunctions of any kind. Participants in the Sweepstakes will receive emails from MotoSport regarding new products and sales. You can click the "unsubscribe" link on the bottom of any email to stop receipt.All information collected through entry into the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at: www.motosport.com/about/privacypolicy.
SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined from all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Deadline in a random drawing (the "Drawing"). The Drawing will be conducted by representatives of MotoSport whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
PRIZE AND ODDS: There will be one prize awarded to one winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received before the Sweepstakes Deadline. Representatives of Motosport will select a winner at random. Prize packages are as follows:

TOTAL RETAIL VALUE OF $179.98
All prizes will be awarded assuming a sufficient number of eligible entries. MotoSport reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. No other substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. MotoSport is responsible only for prize delivery. MotoSport is not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners.
ELIGIBILITY: Except residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, the Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, age 18 or older, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of MotoSport and its affiliates, agents, or advertising and promotion agencies.
VERIFICATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES: Winners will be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prizes will be awarded to alternate winners if declarations/releases are not completed at the time that the prizes are to be awarded. The Winners agrees to MotoSport's use of their name, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
GENERAL: This Sweepstakes is void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Utah. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes if any cause outside of MotoSport's control corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted on a MotoSport MOTOSPORT SOCIAL MEDIA SWEEPSTAKES website and a random drawing will be held from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to such time. MotoSport reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant (and his/her Sweepstakes entry) from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by MotoSport or any of its affiliates if he/she tampers with the entry process or if his/her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. MotoSport reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of MotoSport and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
RELEASE: By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release MotoSport and its affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activity.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
WINNERS LIST: To obtain list of winners, send an email message to social@motosport.com and type "MOTOSPORT SOCIAL MEDIA SWEEPSTAKES Winners" in the subject line. Winners list will be sent after selection and verification of winners. Any requests for the list of winners must be received by MotoSport by SEVEN DAYS AFTER THE LAST DAY OF SWEEPSTAKES.
