- The muffler is constructed completely of TIG-welded AISI 304 stainless steel and is oval shaped, with flat upper and lower zones.
- Externally it is finished with a special sand blasting treatment which gives it a "titanium look"; carbon fiber muffler casing also available.
- The geometrical development of the muffler is specific for each engine model, aimed to enhance the torque and maximum power.
The body in AISI 304 stainless steel makes the product slim and impact-resistant, while its oval shape with clear square lines give the silencer a unique compactness. In the stainless steel version, the cabinet has been sand-blasted to give an elegant and gritty "titanium look". Also available is a version with an outer shell made of carbon, for those seeking a more dark tone.
The stainless steel cup inlet is attached to the muffler body with TIG welding. The end cap, a real novelty of this new product, is made entirely of carbon and has an asymmetric and aggressive cut. This full-carbon solution gives the exhaust a touch of decisive style, providing greater resistance to high temperatures. The fastening clamp, is also made entirely of carbon, combining to create a perfect balance in the aesthetic of the muffler.
In the stainless steel version, the LeoVince logo is made with laser marking and stands out against an absolutely new background: the Italian brand is stamped on the exhaust as a cut in the body dug silencer. The brand is scratched into the exhaust as a flame faded, inspiring speed and power. On the other hand, the carbon exhaust contrasts the dark tones with an aluminum LeoVince die-cut, high temperature-resistant adhesive that is bright and easily visible on the carbon fiber.
The finishing and use of quality materials make this product solid and functional, a good compromise between quality, price and resistance that will maintain the high performance of your street bikes and scooters, while also ensuring they correspond to regulatory requirements.
How this exhaust was designed:
LeoVince products are created in their own devoted R&D facility using advanced and state-of-the-art CAD / CAM technology. Every prototype is run largely on the dyno and, once approved, is tested on the track under the most severe conditions. In many cases LeoVince R&D works hand-in-hand with manufacturer factory race teams for further development.
