Factory S Slip-On Exhaust

• Product Details

LeoVince serves those seeking the best, the newest and the most original: with its latest innovation, the LeoVince Factory S, the historic Italian company offers an exclusive product for all of its most demanding customers.

A name that recalls the "top" LeoVince range is translated into exciting evolution in two completely new versions: the stainless steel or carbon Factory S. The stainless steel AISI 304 muffler body with TIG welding is tapered with square lines and comes in different lengths, depending on the destination model. The effect is that of a massive but elegant drain, perfect for installation on a vehicle that wants to stand out in looks and style. The muffler is equipped with an aerodynamic inlet with dual spring attachments to improve anchorage to the pipework. At the rear, the muffler has a carbon cap with a dual asymmetric cut, outwards and downwards, which determines the right and left version, further customizing the bike.

  • Tapered design has square lines for elegant style.
  • Carbon fiber end cap with asymmetric cut outwards and downwards that adds a custom touch.
  • Stainless steel, titanium or carbon fiber muffler sleeve.
  • Stainless steel muffler sleeve features a laser-carved logo set in a footprint in the muffler body.
  • The exhaust outer sleeve of the "Titanium Limited Edition" is entirely made of Titanium Grade 1.
  • Carbon fiber muffler sleeve features a high-temperature die-cut aluminum adhesive logo.
  • All mufflers use a carbon-fiber mounting clamp with rubber vibration-damping element.
  • The development of the header pipes and silencer is specific for each engine model with the aim of improving the torque and maximum power.

The stainless steel version has an obvious novelty in the logo: the word LeoVince, made entirely with a laser, emerges from a footprint carved in the muffler body. This background creates a touch of original style by tattooing the steel with the historic LeoVince signature. In the carbon version, LeoVince stands out with a brilliant, high-temperature die-cut adhesive in aluminum, which breaks the dark tones of carbon fiber, thus imprinting the brand on its most recent offering.

How this exhaust was designed: LeoVince products are created in their own devoted R&D facility using advanced and state-of-the-art CAD / CAM technology. Every prototype is run largely on the dyno and, once approved, is tested on the track under the most severe conditions. In many cases LeoVince R&D works hand-in-hand with manufacturer factory race teams for further development.

How this exhaust was made: LeoVince facilities are completely inclusive, including all facets of production, stamping, welding, bending, and carbon fiber molding. To guarantee top notch quality, nothing is farmed out to subcontractors. LeoVince is committed to combining the most modern technology with the handcrafted finish brought by experienced craftsmen; all to give you the best exhaust in the world.
