Not a fan

I had a couple problems with this product. First, there were no instructions in the package so that was a little frustrating. I have the Leatt GPX Carbon helmet with the hydration port and found this product to be more of a hiderence when riding than anything else. If you want to keep it low profile so that it doesn’t get snagged on brush or branches it makes it hard to turn your head to the right. Also had a hard time getting the mouth piece to stay in one place in the helmet. I’ll be removing this from my set up and going back to a traditional hose.

Leatt does it again

This thing is flawless, I have the gpx 6.5 carbon helmet and 4.5 hydra and this just makes it all go together like it's part of your body lol. A must have

Question: Does the bite valve feel in the way inside the helmet?
Question asked 1 year 11 months ago
I'm just curious as to the "annoyance factor" of having the bite valve inside the helmet at all times. I'm assuming it's less than the annoyance of fishing a tube up into your helmet every time you want a drink, but I've never used one of these before, so I'm curious as to whether it's easy to get to when needed, and is it possible to have it not rubbing against your face throughout a race.

Answer: I have a bite valve in my AGV Pista GP-R helmet and find it very annoying and always in the way.
